Shipping Policy
Where we ship. We currently ship within the United States. For Alaska, Hawaii, or US territories, email hello@morningcluck.com before ordering and we'll confirm options and any additional cost. We don't ship internationally yet — join our email list to hear when that changes.
Pre-orders. Morning Cluck is launching, and our first production run is on its way. Pre-orders placed now ship within 3–4 weeks of purchase. The product page always shows the current expected window, and we'll email you the moment your order is on the truck. If the timeline slips for any reason, we'll tell you promptly and you can cancel for a full refund any time before shipment.
Processing time (in-stock orders). Once inventory is on hand, orders placed by 12 PM Central ship within 2 business days from our warehouse in Humboldt, Iowa.
Delivery time & cost. Standard ground shipping takes 3–7 business days depending on your location. Shipping is free on all US orders — no minimums, no surprises at checkout.
Tracking. You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. If tracking hasn't updated within 3 business days of the shipment email, contact us and we'll chase it down.
Lost or stuck packages. If your package is marked delivered but missing, or hasn't moved in 5+ business days, email hello@morningcluck.com — we'll file the carrier claim and make it right with a replacement or refund. You won't be stuck fighting a carrier alone.
Address changes. Need to change your shipping address? Email us before your order ships and we'll update it. After shipment, we'll do our best with the carrier but can't guarantee a reroute.
